and..... which local government boundaries date are we using?

another vote for Kidderminster
Absolutely correct, I've unpardonably omitted it from the list of previous correct answers and failed to incorporate it into the revised question.
So it's which 5..... - still one to go

Re: Football Trivia Question of the Day

You have Cambridge city down for one of the answers but non league Cambridge united were also in the football league I was there watching city in 83 in the old 2nd division.

Re: Football Trivia Question of the Day

Just to go back to the original county based question; aren't Newport the only FL team from Gwent?

Cambridge City were never in the FL, so United are the only Cambridgeshire team to have been a (former) member.

Peterborough are also a current Cambridgeshire team.

They are in Gwent now but you're right they are also in the FL so don't count.

Sorry about the Yeovil answer. Thought I was back at school so didn't read the question!
Could be Durham City, presumably in the county of Durham.
Durham City were indeed once in the FL, as were Gateshead and South Shields, both formerly in Durham and now in Tyne & Wear, but currently County Durham now includes Hartlepool and Darlington, each respectively with a current and a former FL club. So County Durham/Durham City is incorrect.
