FOR or AGAINST Rangers/Celtic joining the PL?

Anyone who has had the misfortune to work or live remotely near Glasgow for any period of time (and I have back in the mid 1990's) will vote with a resounding no to this question.

Next year the Scots vote on independence it could be passed (Salmond is the Scottish Huey Long just watch him ramp it up),if this gets passed end of the matter thats why Green is pushing for this now.
Do I want them down here?no,do I feel sorry for the game up there?yes.
Been up a few times watching games seen 8 standard is poor came out before the end of most games and not to miss the crush just to get to the bar.
Huey Long? thats what google is for.

I'll be generous and allow them in at level 10 of the English Football League System, cutting any association whatsoever with Scottish football (i.e. no Scottish cups or representation in Europe).

They will go into The Northern Football League 2nd Division along with Tow Law Town, Whitehaven, Stokesley Sports Club and Horden Colliery Welfare.

By the time they have had 5 promotions and are ready for the 6th the Scots will have voted to be independent and England, Wales and Norn Iron will be known as the FUK, the Former United Kingdom. There will be certain laws governing the way that the Former UK allows Scottish clubs, businesses and people to participate in future.

Taking one of the 4 positions in UEFA competition will be known as 'Taking FUKing liberties'

Scottish players who dual nationality who try to get back into the Scottish team after declaring for England at youth level will have said to have 'FUKed up'

The Manchester Un***d manager will be allowed into private hospital here due to specialist equipment not being available in Scotland. The special dispensation available for this one person will be due to him being certified a 'FUKing pisscan'.

and last but not least, Scottish clubs will not be allowed in FUK competeitions, so in effect Rangers and Celtic can 'FUK off' back to the Scottish League.

I'm impressed

It goes against everything that the two clubs in question stand for and are apparently proud to be associated with, Scotland.

The English gobshite who keeps pushing for this is simply desperate to make a profit from his investment in a club he was always looking to flip at the earliest opportunity and a move to England would help him do that.

Green says that they would be an asset to English football but how can that be the case when we already have 92 league clubs and literally hundreds of non-league semi-pro and amateur teams?

How would having two foreign teams usurping the rights and positions of existing English clubs and tipping the delicate balance of non-league, lower league and perhaps higher end leagues be of benefit to anyone but Charles Green and his venture capitalist friends?

Other than being completely wrong in terms of the natural home of the Glasgow 'giants' the logistics of bringing these leeches into the England leagues would impact dozens of teams for years and years.

Logistically the first impact would be on the Conference and on the 2 teams either relegated or simply refused admission form below.

After that, if they were promoted, a further 2 English teams would be impacted and so on until they reach the PL - that is dozens of teams who will be negatively impacted to accomodate two foreign teams.

But what if they dont gain promotion? Well that simply maintains the pain in the lower leagues for English clubs who work within the league structure and have done so for decades.

And of course once they make it to the PL then would take the place of two English teams in perpetuity and perhaps the knock on effect of that would be the demise of at least 2 more English teams.

So I do wonder how Mr Green sees this as beneficial to the 'English' game.
