Most formations assume symmetry to accurately describe them. Last night was far from symmetrical, it was a sort of 4-3-3 but with the right side tucked in and every shunted one along.

Here lies just one of the problems we are facing this season.What is the formation that this team adopts when they take to the field?Do the players no,after last night and many of our games this season we dont look like we do.To be a top team you have to find ur way of playing.to be a top team you have to say to the oppision,this is how we play try and cope with it.I like the 433 formation,we have the players to do this and do this well,also having a great planB.The 442.Its about balance,mentality and personal,now personal we have at the highest order,its the balance of this team that is put out on match day that is a concearn and the mentality it takes with it onto the pitch for the whole 90+.This in my opinion is the managers job.
