Former Referees's pretty shocking claim (Aguero related)

Does anyone have any footage of Wayne Rooney challenges during his period where every ref refused to give him a yellow card? Some of his challenges were outright reds, but you've guessed not even a warning.

The likes of slur and Gill have got their fingerprints all over it. It's a boys club which has stank for years. Roy Keane's penalty against us was my first incident I thought, "yep, these fooks are truly bent".

They all missed games against Chelsea then?
It would appear so, yes - out of the three seasons the incidents took place in (2010-11, 2011-12, 2014-15), Chelsea finished 2nd, 6th and 1st respectively.

I'm not sure there's much to read into with these three cases, to be honest. That game vs. Chelsea from the 14-15 season wouldn't have taken the title off them even if it hadn't been played at all.

Next you'd need to look at the split of overall suspensions, which teams were favoured most by opposition teams losing players to suspension etc etc but when the suspensions themselves look to be manipulated/motivated it's a bit too close to calciopoli, needs looking into.

What now??
Calciopoli - the Serie A ref-bribing scandal, the reason Juve escaped detection for so long, they weren't asking the refs to give them dodgy penalties or send off players playing in a match against them, they were making sure their rival's key players were suspended for their heads to heads and that the likes of Milan and Inter were given a rough ride by refs against the likes of Lazio, Roma etc.

Anyone think, that's not what's happening in the Premiership? It would explain quite simply, how the games against Spurs were officiated last year.
And it's not necessarily the ref we should have under close examination all the time. I think we've been screwed over by the linesmen as much recently.
There is the subtle and the not so subtle. We scream upon deaf ears mostly, about the not so subtle curruption, but I think this lets so much of the subtle stuff go under the radar.
The biggest problem I see in the EPL is the influence the media has determining what happens on the field. This influence is courted and used by the beneficiary clubs in a kind of symbiotic relationship. It's unhealthy for the sport in general and it really is about time fans of other clubs woke up to what is going on.

Well ,well ,well- pour yourselves a stiff drink and sit down as this may come as a severe shock.... Ready?
Mister Halsey will unfortunately be unable to appear on talksport this evening!
As widely predicted by errrr... everyone.
