Who were those teams playing in their next 3 games?Goals on Sunday just pulled three examples of complicated retrospective decisions and they involved players from Blackburn, Everton and Swansea, who aren't exactly important to Sky Sports' soap opera

I wonder if in those 3 cases there was a media shitstorm after the game? If so then it just further shows that the media govern the game which is not "fair".That's not what I was saying at all. A can of worms can't be opened if it's all hunky dory.
I just don't think PGMOL phone up referees after games and offer them bribes if they make sure certain players are banned for certain fixtures. Goals on Sunday just pulled three examples of complicated retrospective decisions and they involved players from Blackburn, Everton and Swansea, who aren't exactly important to Sky Sports' soap opera, so I doubt Halsey's statements are going to suddenly lead to widespread investigations and mass exposure of corruption that leads all the way to Greg Dyke or whoever.
It opens a can of worms and I imagine we'll finally have video decisions for penalties, fouls and things that the referee can't see, or this could lead to the corruption that certain people seem so sure about, but football fans struggle with diplomacy or sensibility when it comes to referees, so it'll be fun to watch either way.
Nothing will happen unfortunately.
What is needed is a Paul Kersey to sort these twats out..........then I woke up back into the year 2016 and not 1974.
