Former Referees's pretty shocking claim (Aguero related)

Maybe, but it still didn't stop them having 2 players banned last season as a result of retrospective action so they're not entirely immune to it either. Ferdinand also got a 4 game ban (increased from 3 due to a frivolous appeal) several seasons ago for an elbow.
You list three but it can triple that for the rest news they got away with. You think Fellaini would have been charged without Huth getting banned as well? Trust me this is all at their door.

Far too objective. Wash your mouth out.

I'm afraid that the cover up, excuses and denials will just get our backs up even more.
Most people suspected this kind of thing has been going on but were dismissed as being paranoid and over sensitive.
Instead of just thinking that they're bent, we now KNOW they are. I don't care what excuses they come out with now.

Colin Wanker on Alan Brazil's show called this one in advance, said there was no point City appealing it because Marriner would have been told to say he didn't see it.
I would be pretty sure that was out grounds for appeal, ie that the referee did see it because he was looking straight at the incident from a few feet away.
Waiting for there to be a Specsavers advert based on this.

If Ibrahimovic, Alli, Costa or Firmino were accused of violent conduct and charged on the grounds that the referee didn't see it when in fact he had, there'd be a media witch hunt against the referee that lasted for days. Aguero's getting punished for playing in light blue here.
