France dropped

Monaco stays until 2025 at least.

Qatar and China back. Las Vegas a newbie.

While it's sad to lose a heritage race like France - the reality is that Paul Ricard isn't a very interesting circuit. Apparently they're going to rotate and race in France every other year? Seems fair enough.

While the Miami race looked awful I reckon a Las Vegas race might actually be a laugh. Guessing it'll be an evening race with all the lights etc? Could be a fun spectacle, let's see.

Monaco - meh. The idea of it is great but it's always such a boring race.

I know this sounds a bit snooty, but this is stupid nonsense to hype up the Netflix fans. But that's where the money is.

Paul Ricard I struggled to watch. Not just the racing the run off areas and line colours were distracting.

Las Vegas will be interesting. Have they fully discussed it with the drivers. All those distracting lights around the circuit etc?

They charge a lot more for tickets at Silverstone than they do at Spa, so I would imagine their spot on the calendar is safe for now with the money it turns over. 24 races in a season I think is too much, Liberty media know they have a golden goose with the popularity of F1 at the moment with sold out events everywhere they go.

And a lot of the circuits can't cope with it. Not that the circuits/F1 are arsed, it's all about the cash.

I’m confused about Quatar. They announced they were building a new circuit but now it seems to be happening at Losail? Lots of conflicting information.

And does anyone actually think China will happen, given their mental covid rules? Shame if it doesn’t it is a fun circuit.
