Sainz is like Bottas, a bit too nice to be a championship winning driver. Leclerc just has the ability to eek a couple of tenths on him when it matters. The Leclerc/Sainz dynamic could be really spicy if Ferrari stays competitive all season. Leclerc is better but Sainz is much closer to him than Bottas was to Hamilton or Perez to Verstappen.
Would be wonderful to see Sainz win a few races though, especially the Spanish GP, a nice guy who deserves some success in a top car, albeit he's a bit of the Kimi/Barrichello in this Ferrari line-up.
It'll be Leclerc v Max in the early stages and then the only way Lewis gets into it is if the Ferrari's disrupt Max enough that he doesn't win more than 50% of the races until the Mercedes sort themselves out.
Think Max, despite all the errors, will still comfortably be champion given the Red Bull's advantage this year.
