Decent driver back in her day as well. Several top ten Indycar championship finishes and a race winner as well.

Funny this as prior to Abu Dhabi last season I was alright with Red Bull. I've always been a McLaren fan but found Hamilton a bit of a tit, so seeing Red Bull and Mercedes going at it toe to toe last year I was thoroughly neutral.

But seeing Hamilton robbed of a deserved title through at best incompetence and at worst outright corruption was sickening.

Red Bull and Horner can fuck right off. Absolutely shameless.

Like many, I’ve enjoyed F1 for many years, over 40 in my case, but what they did, turning a competitive sport into nothing more than Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, turned my soul.

A Mercedes win would be nice today...

Not sure who I'd prefer to win though. George's first (he warrants one after Bahrain 2020) or Hamilton to keep his race win a season record going.

Edit - Oh well the thought was nice.

Can't really remember a really good race at Mexico.

I remember Riccardo beating Verstappen to pole position in a great qualy a few years back.. but for the races I'm struggling to remember a classic.

Honestly I'd say the Formula E races are better around this circuit.

They use a smaller layout and go at speeds closer to a bicycle than a F1 car but I seem to remember the races actually being pretty good.

No one able to consistently challenge him this year.

Hope the next one is different. Both Ferrari and Mercedes pull their fingers outs. Their strategy fuck ups have helped red bull considerably.
 
Incredible Verstappen. 14 wins in a season. Never seen before.
Best in managing tires. Time lapses as consistent as a metronome.

As for anything else? A boring race. Pity for the fans that Perez wasn’t able to go past Hamilton.
