Dutch person in defending Dutch driver shocker while trying to call out Hamilton fans for being hamilton fans?

I think you will find the majority of F1 fans did not agree with the decision by the race director, who we all know was coerced into his decision by Red Bull.

I used to like Verstappen and thought he was an exciting racer in the mold of Nigel Mansell, a pure racer but last season he was a danger to other drivers on the track and the shit that spewed forth from his mouth has turned me against him.

Though I wouldn't wish for him to crash.

As for the battle between Russell and Hamilton, who's to say that Russell isn't the new top driver breaking out, he is obviously very talented, maybe his car just isn't bouncing about as much as Hamilton's, it is hard to quantify.

I haven't watched a race this season and that is all to do with last season's ending and the fake race, it left a lot to be desired imo.

But I like to look ahead instead of looking backwards in bitterness. I leave that to you. I simply enjoy racing. And happen to have the same nationality as the champion. I do prefer a battle by numerous drivers and teams rather than winning solely for having the fastest car.

Hmm. Would've preferred they had gone ahead with their plans to go back to Le Mans to be honest. F1 is rarely lacking enough decent teams whereas Le Mans has some pretty shocking dry spells where one team just mops up year after year.

Porsche are already testing their Le Mans car for 2023 so hopefully that will still run. Audi seem to have paused their Le Mans program so presumably they are definitely giving Le Mans a miss and coming into F1.

The clue would be the part where I mention his teammate maybe being the new breakout star, that is hero worship right there, Hamilton has been a quality racer all his career, maybe, his heart has gone out of it and who could blame him after last seasons cheating.

Still, better than hating on the guy because of his skin colour, like you.

This is embarrassingly aimed at the US audience only. Noami seems to be only used as wallpaper whilst Crofty tries to act like an American.

If this is the future of "global" F1 it can do one.
