These twats don't just kill foxes. As they rampage around on public roads and private property they often kill cats, small dogs and other domestic animals.

I would require them to report each animal they kill, and make them pay £5k for each, plus an extra £5k compo for owners of murdered pets. And £50k fine for failure to report. That'd sort it.
