Played my BB after casting off Elanga for Gibbs-White as we really had no credible info either way, and I wasn't chancing it.

I was all set to go to Savinho if there was a leak, but nothing came out before the deadline there either, despite City having the first match, and I had to go with a proven starter.

I see Rogers is starting, but I just couldn't bank on that. Same goes for Luis Diaz, as I don't trust Slot anymore than Pep in the midfield. I needed a guaranteed player with a decent fixture.

On the bright side, at least you have Wood in your squad. After seeing Mateta taken off early for the 2nd time in 3 games, who knows there. Glasner AssMans appear to be in the mud today too. Good on that for City UCL hopes.

I didn't want to play my BB if there was going to be one player light. It'd seem a waste to me.

and you were smart not to, as I wouldn't have either in your shoes not knowing if Wood would play.

I only had one questionable player to address without taking a hit, and now I no longer have to worry about the BB chip should other injuries crop up going forward as they can now hide on the bench if needed.

It is crossing my mind, and I haven't taken any action for getting rid of Palmer yet, which is happening. I can't get both KDB and Saka (0.1 short, thanks to kneejerkers last night given he has a UCL game Wed), so it is one or the other there for me.

I guess I'm asking myself who will get 2 starts in the DGW coming up, and I'm not entirely sure either or both will, but maybe Pep plays KDB consistently down the stretch for his final run, which is on my mind, and I have the room.

Yep. Would also welcome a couple of goals from Eze, and assists from Murphy and Wharton. If I could get up to 70-80 pts, I'd be happy enough with that. Still got my FH and BB chips to use.

Would you take a minus? I've been considering everything all the way up to a -12.

I want to get Mbuemo and Wissa in for the last 4 games, and this week's fixture is also good, I'm free hitting in 34 so the Forest game doesn't bother me.

Selling Isak to Wissa frees up a lot of coin.
 
Tempted to use the free hit this week (GW 33), with 4 teams having a DGW. I have 3 Palace, 2 City and 2 Arsenal (no Villa) in my team at the moment. I have one free transfer, but don't really want to take a minus if I can help it. Liverpool are at Leicester, so I want to keep Salah, and captain him. Maybe move out my 3 Newcastle players (away at Villa), Cucurella (away at Fulham) and Verbruggen (away at Brentford). Get in 3 Villa players, another Arsenal player and another City player. Leaving me with 3 Palace, 3 Villa, 3 City, 3 Arsenal, and Salah, Wood and Fabianski.
 
This is mine up to now. Have to say, Pickford has got me plenty this season, Tarky too.

It’s fine my fucking head in this year though so I’ll probs sack it after this season (until August when I get sucked back into it again)
