Fair play for you to get the first one in with Raya Captain. Double ARSE defense has burned me each week since GW30 when they were the highest odds each week only to Lewis-Skelly-screw-it-up or flub a decent BB last week.

One would think they could blank Palace the way that lot is playing these days, and I'm also thinking CP will rotate in advance of the FA Cup on the coming weekend.

Meanwhile, given the "5 teams vying for 3 spots" UCL implications game between City and AVL, seeing strong squads for both may be needed and is anticipated there.
 
Crawled up to 49 pts with Isak coming off the bench for Timber (pity it isn't Gvardiol, my third sub, 6 pts). No one playing tomorrow night, but ten playing in midweek. Only Salah in my XI isn't playing this next few days. If I could get near 80 points, I'll be happy with that.

What did you end up with today? I'm guessing, going on what you've said, around 40-50 pts? Hopefully your defence and midfield came good for you. My midfield four and front two only totalled 26 points between them. Watkins was my main man (12 pts). Hopefully he has a blank on tuesday night!

Timber still has a game this GW if he plays in that you'll get his points not Isaks.

Right in the middle of your estimate Jim 45 points, you're a good judge.

Exactly 3 points per player which is pretty dire.

Considering what you said about the lack of any meaningful contribution from your forwards (I noticed you didn't say midfielders!), that total, while obviously not great, could have been much worse. We've all had shitty weeks (I've had a load of them!), so I can empathise. My next weekend will probably be shite, given the blank spaces I'll have to fill. I'll probably only have 11 players, with no bench. Unless I take a big minus (I'll have two free transfers).

Had zero attacking return's from anyone. The highest score from any of my 5 mids and 3 forwards was 3 points.

Thankfully Raya, Saliba, Gvardiol and Munoz managed clean sheets to avoid a complete shocker.

Ouch. That ain't pretty. Not going to take the piss, though, as I'll likely have something similar next weekend. Give me 40 pts right now, and I'll take it.

I'm free hitting next week, have already picked a team, although I'll probably tweak it a bit. Going with Cunha and Strand Larsen at home vs Leicester, should be decent differentials but Wolves players always let me down so I'm braced for the worst.

As you know, I'm mostly feeling your pain except for Rogers who I subbed out for Palmer.

BB33 is for the most part looking as dire as my BB32 was, with the TC32>>TC33 on Marmoush thus far being the better difference.

Here's the kicker, many of us are going to put together a FH34 team where we'll be yearning for that BB, but we can't mix in those chips as we well know.

Given the lack of expensive enablers for FH34, most of us will have an amazing bench and still ridiculous Budget left over. I'm on £7.0m in the bank at this moment, but my Team Value is at £108m, so there's that. ;-)

Tell me about it. I wasn't aware you couldn't play two chips simultaneously. I FH'ed this week, and tried to BB, but couldn't do it. 9 pts sat there as of now (no one playing tonight), and two of the three outfield players playing tomorrow night (Malen and Gvardiol). Bastard.

I've got 7.1M in the bank and Palmer on the bench.
 
As expected, I've only got 7 available players right now for next weekend, thanks to the semi finals. 3 Palace players gone, and two City players. And no game for Arsenal. I'll have two free transfers, so I'll have to take a -8 hit to make up an XI. I have £6.1m in the bank. And no bench, apart from Fabianski. Not having a bench is not that big a deal anyway, going on my experience. I seriously doubt if I've got more than 3 or 4 percent of my points from subs this season. The major issue is not being able to BB, obviously . I'll probably use the remaining free transfers after this weekend to boost the bench before the final weekend, and maybe take another -4 hit.
