Need someone that is high press, mobile and quick to keep up with the fast pace of the prem...think Fred would have given us flexibility. If you believe the reports, he's been one of our top targets for a while. Guess we'll want to put a positive spin on this but cant see why we'd just go cold on him after all this time of showing interest. Maybe we just dont feel the asking price is good value....shame as think he would have been a good fit!
