Hmmm, Yaya wasn't in the team photo from training today either...

I think Pep relied too much on Yaya being a deputy to Fernandinho this season and has realised pretty quickly he cannot rely on him.

If Fernandinho gets injured we are going to struggle in that holding role because whilst Delph can play there he is nowhere near as good as Fernandinho is at it.

Fred would be the perfect addition to add to Fernandinho whilst Yaya may go for a season in NYC? I don’t know.

Top class rotation for Ferny would obviously be welcome but don’t see why we’re rushing this through now as he’d be ineligible for CL this season. As long as it doesn’t stop us getting Sanchez or a centre back I won’t be complaining.

Looked good playing against us, but not sure about him being earmarked for the Fernandinho role. He’s another slightly built member of the tiny tots club. Better suited playing further forward I would have thought, or is he a tenacious little bugger? Someone who knows more about him to the rescue please.....?

We should walk away from Sanchez as Wenger or Mourinho will muck things about and instead concentrate on Fred plus one defender.

He could do more of the league and cup games leaving Dinho fresh for the big games and the Champions League.
