I very much doubt we have an NDA with Ajax. Probably once it's done but no way beforehand

Well in a transfer the player agrees first then the clubs agree on a fee.

Why Barca is circus? They beat Madrid 5-1. They are probably the best in the world.... the biggest obstacle obviously is convincing De Jong to come... but I don't think City would be submitting 70m + 20m bid if we did not know whether De Jong wants to come or not. That would be Ed Woodward type operation.
