He should stay at barca because it’s only a matter of time before they click ad a team and start moving up again . They have sone cracking young players and de jong should stay and win things with them instead of going to the shite over the road .He can stay put.
Yes, Barca are a complete fucking mess at the moment - but he’s there already. There’s nothing he can do about that now.
Leaving then for the one big club who are in an even bigger mess than Barca is not the smart answer to his current predicament.
He can hold fire this summer, and he’s sure to have a better offer in the future.
United will want him on a long term deal, whereas at least at Barca he’s in the process of running his current contract down.
Jumping from a frying pan into a fire is never the smart way out - and this would be a great example of that cliche.
