Fucking Barcelona intervened when FDJ was signing for City, making him an unsustainable offer to secure the signing and then deferring part of his salary because they spend more than they make. They would like to sell him but don’t want to pay him what they owe him. They act like they are beyond FFP and even beyond the realms of decency! How many FFP charges do they have pending?
