But surely its really simple...they dont pay, he takes them to court and gets his money (and more) from that......its not like he has refused to work. They have even tried to sell him so surely they (Barca) havent got a leg to stand on?

Don't Barca have the length of his contract to pay his deferred wages & would need to pay up if he was sold. I would imagine that Barca would want the buying club to pay it on top of the transfer fee.
