NOT keen ; he turned down Utd. because he wants to stay @ Barca . He wants to stay @ Barca ços it's SUNNY & WARM.
Unlike Holland & Manchester.
We don't want a player - however good he is - on our books who will want to leave because he's sick of the cold & the rain. His girlfriend/missus likes the sun too.

For the right fee. We aren't giving Bernardo Silva away for nothing. Especially this season just so he can enjoy a bit of sun. If he is that bothered about that then why doesn't he buy another apartment in a warmer climate for his wife and then fly between the two countries for the remainder of his contract?
