LFC failed FFP the stadia excuse accepted and not being in the CL that season meant it was brushed under the carpet but everybody knows that was bullshit, same as the hacking.
RM, things have been going on for years there, the latest financial shenanigans will no doubt be swept under a large Spanish rug asap.

The theory of these clubs is that in their heads they are just to big to fail, they will get bailed out time and time again because the old guard are desperate to cling on to their crumbling empire but they are too blinkered to see that time has moved on.

If they haven't paid outstanding fees, they can't be in any UEFA competition. This idea needs to stop perpetuating, until UEFA specifically acts, like they did with one of the Saudi clubs. For any transfer there is a payment schedule, until there is proof otherwise, we must have agreed this schedule for the Torres transfer.
