Problem is though they have to keep inflation down

4.4% now..those interest rates are going up...

& up and up and up, if you have a mortgage get it fixed rate asap while you can, cause things are going to get a whole lot worse before they get any better.

Well its either they go up or you go to the shop with a wheel barrow full of 50's just to buy a loaf of bread. Okay thats the very extreme end of it all but you get my point

A new supermarket fuel war seems to be on, last week I paid £1.32 for a litre of diesel, today its down to £1.24 at Asda, long may it last.
Incidentally, this thread is from 2011, when diesel was £1.46 a litre.
