FWIW, Both Glen Murray and his Co commentator both said no penalty when Fulham were screaming for a penI did like Murray's comment when he was pre-matching the Semi with Sheff U and recalled the Semi v Brighton. "We got away with 0-1. Look what they did to Watford!"
It was tense for City fans, but after they scored I can't remember Fulham having a shot on goal and I can remember precious few off target either. We weren't the splendid attacking force of some earlier games but it was still a massively competent performance after a very busy week and a half.Just watched Sky coverage of the game and without the tension of only having a one goal lead, you see that City did a fine job of nullifying any threat from the opposition.
The performance wan't at the level of midweek but it was well deserving of the win.

Sitting in the new Riverside stand could hear barely a peep out of the Fulham fans, City fans were loud throughout, tremendous support. Seems like radio as well as TV is adjusting noise levels to suit.We were out sung by Fulham. The ticket allocation couldn’t have been right or too many Blues can’t handle squeaky bum time.
That’s seems the case mate. Not doing our following justiceSitting in the new Riverside stand could hear barely a peep out of the Fulham fans, City fans were loud throughout, tremendous support. Seems like radio as well as TV is adjusting noise levels to suit.
I’m afraid it has become something of a joke to me how often when City put in a below average performance, which will happen in approximately half their games, people come on here and describe it as shite or crap.Depends on what you're definition of crap is I suppose.
Some might say you just defined it.
They do not know what a shite performance is.lolI’m afraid it has become something of a joke to me how often when City put in a below average performance, which will happen in approximately half their games, people come on here and describe it as shite or crap.
City almost never put in a remotely shite performance. Their performance level mostly goes from pretty decent to exceptional.
We were awful at Southampton in the Carbao but that is an exception.
I wish the club would come out and once and for all be totally transparent on away allocations. It very obvious that the so called 60% that goes to points holders, 20% to branches etc is bullshit! Maybe someone at City Matters can ask the question and we can have clarity once and for all.
