20 appearances this season equating to 12 or 13 full games, safe to say that he was one of the players Pep was referring to when he said he needs players he can rely on sadly. Sorry Eccles.

As Pep likes to work with a small squad we have to move all these sick notes on, as hard as that is.

What the fuck has actually happened to Stones?

What was his last game for us? Was it Wolves away?
11 appearances for the Prem. Last league game was on 2/15/25 against the Geordies. He went 90 in that game.

1 appearance in FA Cup; 2 EFL appearances; 4 Nations League appearances; 2 WC Qualy's; 6 UCL appearances - the last one being on 2/19, away at Real Madrid where he played 8 minutes and was subbed off for injury and has not featured since. I love the guy but he's glass.

rodri (or gundo, or berny)
nico - grealsh
doku - haaland - marmoush

Yes that's a problem. We either keep him and hope we get a few games out of him or pay off his contract.
Same with Ake really. I reckon Pep’s quit “threat” was really a message to the club that they need to bite the bullet with a few players

As Pep likes to call it, a final
17th Spurs or 3rd, 4th, 5th, for Manchester City, it doesn't make any sense, Champions League my arse.

European football needs a proper looking at and changes to how you earn your place.
The Champions League next season could see a team from 17th win the bloody thing ? what next, the championship winners getting a place ? league Cup and FA Cup also.

OK, the Fulham game..

Pep and City need a point, but we also don't want to turn up and get fooled into playing out for a draw. We must go out wanting to thump Fulham and win the game early doors and control the game.

He's been a top, top player but time to let him go. He literally can't play more than 30% of the season. He can manage about 2-3 games in a row before he's out for another 6-8 weeks. Been going on for too long now.

I voted draw because we never do it the easy way. I think of the often injured players, Ake is worth keeping, simply because he is the best at clearing off the line in emergencies.
