I would play Grealish for this tie....should be right up his Street this game, if it's going to be as open as everyone is saying...c'mon City.
Inside of Foden, or Sterling. I think that's his best position. On the touchline he doesn't have the basic speed and he lays it off and we don't make much progress but just inside and he can suck players in to him, and then lay it off to someone in space, or cut in do some damage. I don't think playing wide suits his skills.I would play Grealish for this tie....should be right up his Street this game, if it's going to be as open as everyone is saying...c'mon City.

Crazy really that with some of the TV games picked eg Leicester at Nottingham amongst others it's not being shown....if nothing else top attacking teams, top of the table in top 2 divisions & chance of an upset.Expect a very strong line-up to make sure we get to the next round. As Fulham are no push over and play some great football, fully deserving being top of the Championship and very much on course for promotion.
One thing that could go against us is how players perform after a very rare lay-off. Some need time to get going. Some will benefit from a few days away.
One things fir certain. It’s going to be an exciting cupmatch between the teams that have the best chance to win the PL and Ch.ship respectively.
I'm the same - picked City when they won the FA Cup in '69 - as an 11 year old, without a club nearby - an early glory hunter, perhaps - then endured 40 years of pain & disappointment - but once chosen I couldn't swap. It's still a 7 hour drive to the Etihad and back and I only get to half the games - but I never leave before the final whistle - although I always feel bad at then hurrying away - I do envy those who live locally and don't have that need (and I'm always surprised / disappointed at locals leaving early - why would you?)The funny part is I bet a fair percentage of early leavers are locals. Good on you for being so loyal all these years.
This made me take a look at a Fulham forum, where I found an interesting take from 'Woolly Mammoth', in a battle cry in the spirit of Henry V... Great stuffLooking forward to this. Fulham fans appear divided on whether to go for it or to save their energies for Millwall on Tuesday.

" If we go down, we go down fighting, because that makes good habits.
Otherwise if you succumb to your fears then why enter a competition if you do not wish to compete. Where are the aspirations and ambitions.
Because without eating dirt and refusing to compete in certain matches develops a soft underbelly mentally a physically, frightened to get hurt, fearing a bloody nose. Well it’s a good job they did not have that attitude at Agincourt or Trafalgar or Waterloo.
“NOT ONE STEP BACK” should be the battle cry and start developing a pair all you losers and defeatists frightened of your own shadows.
Because strength does not come from winning, your troubles develop your strengths. When you come through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
So what is going to be Men or Mice ? or do i have to throw down a piece of cheese to find out ?"
