Fulham (H) - Post-Match Thread

A proper Curate’s Egg performance, thought Phil looked sharp and Kev really should have had four assists, Mitrović was probably subbed so he could start an argument in another house which has no occupants.

Up the oil cheating twats!
Just a reminder. The curate's egg was all bad. It wasn't really "good in parts".

Berni had 35 appearances in 2016/17 and 36 in 2017/18, I'm not sure on minutes played though, but remember thinking that we had more to come from Berni.

Laporte and Dias get it a bit easier, as CB isn't as hard to adapt to IMHO.

I think we can all agree that Pep gets the best from every player and Grealish will be no difference once like others, he's settled in.
Yeah Bernardo and Mahrez both started in the less important games before becoming more prominent later in the season after they'd adapted a bit. Grealish has been chucked straight into the big games from the get go.

Enjoyable game. So much better when both teams want to play. The ref also played his part in officiating and not being noticed.

Good to see Mcatee and Delap get involved in the time they were on.

It was odd, hardly any regulars around us, and empties in 2's & 3's dotted about.

Not arsed really, just commenting on what I saw

don’t mind regulars not being there, it’s not as if the atmospheres good in the league. Actually thought it was better then your run of the mill prem game in the south stand

Ive never seen a player with Mahrez's first touch, it is a thing of beauty.
yes it is. There was a game a few weeks ago, forgot who, when he trapped a long high pass and ran on with the ball under perfect control in one swift movement that brought gasps & aahs from the crowd. He's had that since he was kicking around in the back streets of Paris.

I actually read this as anyone know the recipe for goulash
I really love goulash. Melt butter in a pot over medium high heat and cook some onions until brown. Add beef and cook until brown. Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic and cook for 5 mins. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in paprika, salt and pepper.

Add beef broth, bay leaf, return to the stove and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add carrots and potatoes. Return to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, cover, and simmer for another 30-40 minutes or until the beef is nice and tender. Add salt to taste. Remove the bay leaf.

Love Grealish too.
