Only Arsenal and Brentford still scheduled for 3pm and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know the Arsenal one will change. It would be ok if we didn't have hardly any Saturday 3pm kick offs. We have so many evening games its a joke.
Double bluff aimed at Arsenal for me…Interesting comments from Pep about the team needing to learn the new system. Convinced he’ll get it right me, just need a plan b for 2nd half!
Pep has said both Khushanov and Stones are available for this game.
Just watching Sky Sports news.
Keep Bernardo for the second half, then we might get some bite into midfieldInteresting comments from Pep about the team needing to learn the new system. Convinced he’ll get it right me, just need a plan b for 2nd half!
Does nobody ever speak to Pep about the disconnect between the club and a lot of fans?
I know, I meant league games have generally always had a few midweek fixtures throughout the season going back decades.I beg to differ midweek games were a rarity when we only had the League, FA Cup and European Cup (1 team per country). It is the greedy buggers at UEFA, FIFA, PL and FA that have added all these extra competitions and matches prompted by the TV companies.
It is all for the worldwide armchair audience and the match going fan can do one as far as they are concerned.
But if we were second in the league; in a cup final & still in CL & FA cup when I used to be in the Kippax, I wouldn’t need to be asked to support the team.It does my head in when I read Pep pleading for the supporters help again ..... it's fast flowing direct attacking football that wins games, raises spirits, and has the fans roaring .... not backwards and sideways passes with the odd shot thrown in every now and again in for good measure, like we usually see in the 45 minute games we've been getting at the Etihad lately !!

That Wolves match was a complete bore fest the last time I was at the Etihad. I will be there tonight hoping for something better. As you say it is what you see on the pitch that gets the crowd up for it. Pissing it down with rain is not going to help either. It does my head in when I read Pep pleading for the supporters help again ..... it's fast flowing direct attacking football that wins games, raises spirits, and has the fans roaring .... not backwards and sideways passes with the odd shot thrown in every now and again in for good measure, like we usually see in the 45 minute games we've been getting at the Etihad lately !!
Large sinkhole appeared on Briscoe Lane, completely closed between Ten Acre Lane and Culcheth Lane. may impact on people’s travel plans for tonight
England games next month of course he’s back fitGood grief, I spilt my coffee on the dogs tail again when I read that about Stones being available .....
I’d leave him till the weekend gameI wonder if we might see the return of the lesser spotted Phil Foden tonight. Hopefully his time on the naughty step will have his mind refocused.
