Alvarez. Not quite sure why we took him off when he still had bags of energy in him when we were starting to fade. Anyway, a great win and an absolute peach of a goal

Went for Gundogan purely because he was a steady ship surrounded by unusually erratic passing. I was surprised by Father's lack of composure at times. Still, I'm not going to be hard on the players. They looked tired but they got the job done. The determination to see the win out was impressive. Brilliant goal from Alvarez.

We are like 60% of our best when KDB doesn't play.

We wasn't in 2018/19 season when he was out injured with a ligament injury. Bernado played in his absence and was absolutely superb. But Kev being out does weaken us, especially as he's been world class in several games this season.

Alvarez is going to force himself into this team ,his all round game has improved under Pep , and he can play the number ten role confortably behind Haaland , far too good to play as the media say "second fiddle" he is Argentina's regular striker and following in the footsteps of Tevez & Aguero , so pleased we extended his contract and gave him decent money , he will be a £100m striker in the next couple of seasons.
