A total team performance. Everyone put a shift in.


We can pick out what was bad as we do all the time in the match day forum, but let’s praise them collectively when it’s due.
That was a performance full of character today. They were united in their aim to win that game, not settle for a draw.
I was very impressed today.

One of Kev’s best ever games for us. He was fucking immense. A couple of mins before busting a gut down the right wing to get in the box to win the pen he was out sprinting their right back to put in a cross from the left wing.

To see commitment and effort like that two weeks before the World Cup from a 31 year old after we’ve played with ten men for 70mins speaks volumes for his character
