I'm certain everyone would have said that Tottenham away was going to be our first real test.
We played at home on Wednesday so we've had no big travel commitments. Fulham played at home on Thursday, so we've had the extra day's rest and we have a decent record at Craven Cottage. Fulham's style of play will suit us just like Tottenham's and Wigan's did and by the end of the game, I can easily see that the possession stats will show 65% to us.
It's all about us being clinical in front of goal.
As the OP said, it may be a mental issue we will have as Wednesday didn't go to plan, but if we get the basics right, we'll have no problems today and every game is a crucial game. The league may be decided by only a point or two.

4/5 changes for me. He has bought a squad at great expense to provide strength in depth and should be using it to good effect. Tevez and Balo up front for me with Micah/ Clichy coming in at FB. Milner would probably have been in if not for injury. Ditto NDJ. Maybe Johnno to start in this one? Could even see a start for Kolo and I'm keen to see Savic again but they'll probably have to wait till Brum. Still lots of options though.

cant see it being like last season,tight game maybe 2.1 to us,on a side note 5 teams started the weekend with no wins blackburn,swansea and norwich,that leaves sunderland and fulham...

One thing I have learnt is you can never second guess mancini's selection decisions in advance. The only thing predictable is that he continually surprises.
