Some people dont think hes all that, havent seen him play but anything would be an upgrade on Kolarov

the upgrade is he's younger. Maybe he had the Stones type of season and maybe KDB was a huge hole in the team but Wolfsburg went from 2nd to 10th. He's often beaten for pace, as seen in today's display and is an ok defender and decent offensively.

I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned him yet but I'd love to pick up Fabian Johnson. He's so versitle. He can play LB/RB and he'd fit in very nicely as a LWB. He's 29 and probably not for sale and I'm not even sure we'd be interested but I think he'd fit a Pep squad perfectly.

I'd love to see another American at City but he's nowhere near our level. Couldn't really see him playing for a club bigger than Gladbach.

Maybe my opinion of him is diluded because I think he's USA's best player but we're linked with Lichtensteiner and I think Fabian is at least = to him if not close overall. He also plays on the left which we need more than the right side. It definitely would be a plan C, D etc but the signing works for me.

He's a huge step above Kolorov. You think I'm overrating him?

Yeah that's what I hope is going to happen mate! @tolmie's hairdoo already said we are going back for Peres and a few links for us going for Rodriquez so fingers crossed!
