Personally I'd rather us buy someone better like gaya since our full back position hasn't been the best for a while, Robertson wouldn't improve our squad imo since he's no better than clichy

I agree as I said strengthen left and right back back, I like Clichy aswell and would be happy for him to stay as our homegrown left back competing with a top energetic left back

I don't think Sterling will accept to play as full back, but maybe Navas will.

Navas has played 2928 minutes of premier league & champions league football and has made 32 tackles(24 prem, 8 CL)

Sterling has only made 1 more tackle but it's in almost a full 5 games less.
