Funniest opposing team moment

Nobody on The Kippax was laughing at the time, and he'd get a red card for it now, but you'd be hard pressed not to smile at the memory of it if you were there.
12th.November 1977, Leeds United at Maine Road, Joe Jordan had been getting dogs abuse all afternoon from the Kippax faithful. He scores Leeds 3rd (in their 3-2 win) at the Platt Lane End, runs to the corner towards the away fans to celebrate. Then runs to the half-way line along the touchline blowing kisses with both hands to the City fans, runs to the centre-spot, turns around and takes a theatrical bow. The mood on the Kippax was one of frenzied hatred (and that's before he signed for the Rags).
Wow mate.
My first ever city game.
I was sat on the Kippax wall as a snotty nosed little skinny 8 yr old urchin.
The atmosphere was electric to me.
Just remember the loudness of so many vocal people in one place and the sharpness of the colours, green pitch, blue strip and plenty of goals and celebrations.
Cheers for that

Raheem Sterling miss the greatist chance vs lion

Hadn't Niall already scored a penalty against Derby in that particular game at Maine Road ??
He became one of the very few players to score and then save a penalty in a top level game.
Think he did score in the game.
Sure we relegated them as well as Sunderland that same season.
Might be wrong as we are going back abit
