Txiki loves a buyout clause as well. He's a more technical version of Vardy and would provide the pace needed if/when Sané leaves. He's also able to play as a winger. 32 million is a steal for one of the worlds best strikers who is young as well.

Don’t see how we can, how often will a third choice striker play when we only play one.We need to be looking at somebody good enough to replace Aguero after a year a player of that level won’t come while Aguero and Jesus are there. Plus he’d use up one of the 17 squad places and hardly play.Whether Jesus turns out to be the number one or not, we need another striker and we need to sign him in the summer for me. Kane will be too expensive. Can’t see us spending £130m plus on a player and that’s what he would cost.

I think it could be one in one out this summer. If Gabby steps up then we might decide we can let Aguero go, or if he doesn't we might let him go. At some point we will have to move on and I guess we start looking this summer - all will depend on who is available. I suspect we could go big £££ for the right striker.

If Jesus can prove he’s the one to take over with Aguero as back up for a year it isn’t a problem and the next few weeks is his opportunity. If he isn’t the one then maybe Jesus or Aguero has to move on in the summer and we go big for whoever we think is the one.I suppose so. Just don’t like the idea of Aguero winding down and us only having Jesus as back up. Be interesting to see what we do.
