I thought they were just an English company but they are the 3rd largest private employer in the world with 600,000 employees. I guess some useless fuck ups slip through the net and end up working for them.

We have a lot of them working at our place on a sub contract.

They have the same uniform as the regular staff but are on minimum wage and the majority are on zero hour contracts.

Someone said on a thread a while ago that there is no need for unions in this day and age. Well take a look at G4S and you would see a glimpse of what the workplace would be like without unions.

They don't bother with disciplines or investigations. If someone's face doesn't fit for whatever reason, they simply stop getting offered any work until they take the hint and resign. And there's nothing anyone can do about it while they are allowed to employ people on zero hour contracts.
