I see where your coming from but I can't help but feel that all the saudi pro league players are going to have almost diplomatic immunity.I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again, I see trouble at some point with a player falling foul of the authorities in Sadia Arabia! Something that makes them run across the boarder and sends a ripple and exodus of other “star names”.
I see someone doing something involving booze or girls or even seeing the way people are treated and speaking out. They'll then be feeling the wrath of the state. It’s a ticking time bomb for me and it'll explode at some point in the near future I’m sure. I get the lure of huge amounts of wealth but if they can nonchalantly kill an outspoken journalist, then some of these players moving over their need to watch their backs.
Living or working in Saudi Arabia is very different to the likes of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and even those are very different to here or Spain.
