we're seeing his rawness, but that's to be expected. I think he'll need another year or 2 from Pep to realise his full potential. Have to remember how little top level football he actually has under his belt. At the start he was sticking to getting in the box and the right positions, now we're bringing more of his game out onto the pitch and he has a hell of a lot of talent, but it's raw and the decision-making isn't completely there. It's a development and it's why we need to keep encouraging him like Sterling.
