What I love, and it may be the result of him growing up Neymar's shadow, is for someone who's the next big thing, comes with the hype, the following and is coming in to be the new guy, he has been utterly selfless on the pitch and has given his all for the team and in the process his all to show Kun that they can play together and make the most of playing together.

I think so many "next big things" could come on and hog the limelight and be all about them, yet his selflessness and team ethic could actually help (in part) convince Kun to stay.
He was like that in Palmeiras to be fair. I think what most helped him was his mom plus growing up in his senior carreer being close to Zé Roberto to guide Jesus' first steps.

Otamendi wants a kick up the arse he has tried to take Jesus out of the game for all most 90 miniutes and has just achieved just that with an elbow to his face.....

The miss was as bad as it gets but hus constant diving and being a soft shite is even worse.

Gabby might need to be toughen up a bit or drop some of the drama but that elbow was just uncalled for.

Jesus has taken the high road - not blaming Otters at all and calling the foul "unintentional" - for me, Otters intentionally left a bit extra on Jesus in the challenge - I don't think serious injury was in Otters' mind, but for sure he was sending a message. But not surprising to me that Jesus is doing the best thing for our squad. Jesus is a class act.
