Gabriel Jesus - 2017 performances

Nolito or Nacho could have been put on and play atleast 20 minutes. Jesus came on in the 86th minute, he barely played 10 minutes.

I'm also not sure why Pep has lost complete confidence in Nolito, okay Sane has come to life on the LW, but Nolito can't even be a sub, doesn't make sense to me.

We can disagree, but personally, still stupid to have someone on the bench you don't think can play atleast 15 minutes, he had options. Won't budge on that.

Pep doesn't rate either of them, he's made that very clear.

So like I said in my comment above:

Better to have a player who can play 10-15 minutes than one who the manager won't pick at all.[/QUOTE}

Nice to see Gabriel back on his feet and scoring another decisive goal. Cheers from Brazil.

Fairly anonymous to be honest, but got his goal. No doubt will need some game time to hit top gear again but got to be good for his confidence.

Aguero could have found him more.. When he decided to pass Jesus scored once and missed a tap in early on.

Struggled to get involved enough today, but a brand new formation when everyone looked bad wouldn't have helped him.

Finally got his goal, although he should have scored a couple of times earlier.

Coped well with Middlebrough hacking at his ankles all game too.

It's looking like this kid will be one of the few positives when we look back on the season. Thought overall he was quite poor today however he popped up with an all important goal.

This. The one time Kun gets his head up and finds him he scores.

I know this isnt the Kun thread and he bagged a great penalty today but Kuns overall team play is shockingly poor at times.

Gabby is a fucking star!
