Drop Aguero. Play the players with pace and passion. Sané, Jesus and Sterling. Simples.

Aguero showed plenty of passion today, we nearly scored because he chased back 20 yards and mugged Dier. He's not slow either.

I'm not agains the idea of seeing Sane Sterling Jesus up front - it will definitely happen eventually when Kun picks up an injury, but basically saying has no passion is not on immediately after he's run his bollocks off for 95 minutes.

no......sterling for me as he is extremely wasteful in front of goal....i thkn jesus and kun will work better together as gj can play anywhere along the line where as sterling cannt (or at least isnt as effective)

GJ playing anywhere along the line is meaningless if Aguero's playing because he can't. You can't have a fluid front 3 making use of Gabriel's positional flexibility if one of the 3 is fixed in the middle.

Yes it was only 10 minutes and we're all a bit giddy but he looked like a breath of fresh air. Great movement today.

I think we can play 4-2-2-2 with De Bryne and Sane as wingers, Aguero and GJ as attackers, Toure and Silva as CM depending on opposition. Sterling coming in the second half with the defenders tired.. sadly he is just too wasteful in final 3rd positions atm

I for one, allways liked british football, but never had a preferred team, but after Guardiola and, ofc, after Gabriel, I ve became a fan. Gonna buy his #33 tshirt and, at some point, gonna go to etihad stadium watch him play and get to know more about man city, in loco. ^^

If we go with 3 at the back you can get Sané Sterling and GJ/Serg on the pitch at the same time. Would also help keep KDB/Silva fresh if one was on the bench to help if we need an impact sub.

I don't think we have rushed him. The delay in him being available doesn't seem to have done him any harm. Although we only saw a glimpse of him today, he certainly didn't look overawed. In fact, quite the opposite.

Hi guys. They broadcasted man city's game live here to Brazil and I (and the press in general) were delighted with Gabriels debut. Now le left Palmeiras (you know how this club rivalities goes) he literally has 220 million people cheering for him and for his success (afterall, he is the heir of our mythical #9 tshirt and the only one, since Adriano lost his ways 10 years ago, that seems worthy of it.

He is just starting. When he first came in a Palmeiras pro game, he also got a few minutes, he also made an impact, but didnt score, but I, who was at the stadium, was pretty much sure we got ourselves one of those brazilian players that became rare this days. One that put together street football savyy, technique, pace, speed, and, furthermore, that killing instinct that fears noone, fears no situation, fears no game.

You guys are pretty damn lucky. Gonna see the best of Gabriel Jesus, his twenties, live at Etihad, enjoy ^^

I'm so excited by this guy, his speed was electric and his confidence for a young boy going to a completely new continent, was incredible.

The thought of Jesus, Sané and Sterling leading our line for the next 4 or 5 years until the Spanish giants come and pinch them, is absolutely mouth watering.

I hope Gabriel enjoys it here, but if you're worried about him I just want to reassure you City fans love two things in a player - one is if they play with a smile on their face and the other is if they give everything for the team. Gabriel looks like he's got both, so he's going to be a big hero here.
