Interesting analysis...

Or it could be that Kyle Walker, an experienced premier league footballer and international, was right up Jesus' arse 90% of the time and Kolarov didn't want to give him a hospital ball.

You might be right though, Kolarov probably just hates him and will only pass to him as a last resort. :-/
Kolarov is weird with young player. I remember in a friendly he just fully refused to pass it to Barker

It's been a while since I have seen a young player make such a dashing impact in a brief cameo appearance. He looked like he was going to burst out of his skin he was so energy charged!

All he needs to do is give 100% and that super dynamic energy will flow to the rest of the team, and it might even wake up the old fogeys in the crowd for the rest of the season. I can't wait to see his next appearance!

Hope he starts away at Palace. Perfect place to fill his boots.

Would love to see him get a start against Palace. The way he was pressuring the ball and aimed to control possession was nice to see. Looks promising for the future!

I`ve been wondering should iI go to this game.
If I knew he was playing I would be more compelled to go down to Selhurst Park. I hate that ground, the trip to the south side of London is awful.

I'd play him up front instead of an out of sorts Aguero, with the same set up behind him as we played vs Spurs (maybe Vinne starts) and the same intensity I reckon he'd be electric and bag a hatrick or more EASY!!

That's what I want to see..... Pain

There's enough in that picture to show he'll work his bollocks off to win, peps grin says it all!

Im a Palmeiras supporter and watched Gabriel Jesus in loco since his 17yr on sub-20 leagues here on Brazil. He improved a lot in these 6 months the scoring precision, carrying less the ball (and I think this was one of Guardiola's talks with him). Already posted here something about him when he won the Gold Olympics -- he played a lot of Varzea ("Varh" + "zeah") games, which reminds street basketball on US projects, a lot toughness on these games. You guys have a Tevez's spirit lad. When not scoring he ll give hard time defenders

You could just see the confidence this lad has. His touch and control looks phenomenal. Steven aka esteemed Kompany was correct in saying Sterling may be the one to drop out soon although Aguero could also. Great to have those options though.

Kolarov pissed me off ( again ) that day. It seems to be a recurring theme. I remember Sane being ignored a lot in games earlier this season. Lack of trust I imagine

Same here, I couldn't believe he'd rather hold up play in the dying minutes instead of getting it to an eager Brazilian who's ace in 1v1's.
Pissed me right off and I imagine Gabriel wasn't too pleased either.
