Well I'm sorry you feel like that but I think it is the truth .

Some of the comments on this forum about our players are frankly a disgrace and becoming so like the rags and dippers forums.

The shite fed by the media seems to be more important and valid to some posters , than the actual performances on the pitch.

Because a poster posts something that aligns with the press / media, that doesn't mean they have absorbed the media line - it actually might be their own considered opinion

And might not .

There is so much negativity in the media that it will inevitably affect the thinking of some imo.

Any vids of the penalty he was denied the other night? My stream crashed just as it looked like Jasper was about to ask for VAR.

Can't find a video, but yeah, there was a VAR and they basically just kicked his leg even though the ball was already somewhere else. Weird decision to even use a VAR if you sympathize with the poor opposition so much that you rather won't give an otherwise obvious decision anyway. :)

Thought as much, it looked an obvious foul to me but haven't seen a replay. Another example of VAR getting it wrong then.

Well Jesus had a great game against Cloughies crew, but my not being there its hard to comment further.

Against Rotherham he was always in the right place at the right time, despite not finishing as much as he could have.

I think he'll be one of City's all time greats, have said it for a long time. Love to see him side by side with Aguero, but as the team schedule stacks its not always posable.

After Rotherham I just think he needed to think a step more ahead.

Not bring critical, at all in saying that. I can absolutely see him being on a par with the greatest players, Aguero and Messi included.

No pressure then :)

Why would anyone be so keen to dissuade City fans from believing a young City player to be World Class, when he plays cf for Brazil at 21 & has a better record than many of the world's greatest strikers did when they were the same age ?

What is so bad about it ?
Had he been playing for the Rags I can guarantee that your "love in" for this player would have been different had the Rags claimed he was world class.
I just wish people would remove this nonsense from their vocabulary.
He is NOT world class ... yet.No where near.
He could be.
I keep hearing well he`s only 22 years of age.So what.Messi and Ronaldo he is not ... for now.
