Gabriel Jesus back in training (page 77)

That was the fear when you saw what he was holding. Let's hope it's not true. Pretty unlucky yet again if so.

Just hope these reports are wrong.
just watched the replays of the injury I cant believe it led to a break really unlucky if thats the case.
Yes 6 weeks if its broken.
really hope the reports are wrong (why would a spanish newspaper know first?)

Back just in time for the FA Cup and Champions League finals...

Bitter pill to swallow, but these things happen in sport. Good luck on your recovery Gabriel.

If this proves correct, at his age and with the fancy treatments they do now, I reckon he'll be out for 6 weeks "only".

That's extremely optimistic mate. I know I was never a pro, but when I broke mine playing 30 years ago I was out for 4 months. The difficulty wasn't running but kicking a ball. Very tender for a long time. Each break is different I suppose, but biology is biology and it has to heal. I'll be amazed if he's back before the middle of April

With the transfer fees charged these days, along with wages, how can it possibly continue with top end players breaking down all the time? The insurance premiums will kill it eventually?...grumble, gripe,...'proper boots'...etc...
