The operation was the best option for the best long term outcome as it is for these kind of injuries but the healing and recovery process post -op is another thing. It does not matter when he comes back, becomes fully fit and available for selection as the focus should be on making sure that he has completely recovered. Essentially what I am saying is that he should not be rushed back or involved with any sensationalist angle or expectation of return.
