Gabriel Jesus back in training (page 77)

I was just going to ask the same question.
We all know it is a small bone in the foot but can anyone say that bone will heal properly or will it always be weaker than before the injury.
Can he wear some special boot ? - with extra strength in the boot.
Last thing he and us want is a recurrence.
We all wish Gabriel Jesus a great career. - and stuff the Rags.

The question must be has any player ever been know to suffer from persistant relapses after this injury, like a groin or ligament strains can have?

So hopefully the answer is that this is a non recuring injury.

Beckham, fat head, owen, scott parker all got this injury and played on many years after without it being an issue.

If he is back training I would have thought 15 minutes or so next week at Southampton possibly.

At least we will have him for the Arsenal FA Cup game.

Just in time to provide the tonic needed to get us over that 4th place line and hopefully inspire Cup success.

On and off the field,i get the impression he brings the best out of people.

Without a doubt. He loves the game and has so much charisma he'll lift everyone. Whilst we don't want to rush him back, I'm sure Pep will get him involved as soon as possible to ensure we finish 3rd (that being the target we should have) and get to the FA Cup final. His interplay instantly transforms our attack, with him playing neat layoffs to Silva and De Bruyne and having the pace to then get onto the end of runs/into the box we'll be a completely different prospect for teams. He has the drive and determination to win that will lift the other players and prevent them dropping their intensity.

At Palace he was constantly gesturing at others to press when he did, and was clearly frustrated when some didn't. That's the difference between him and Aguero, that intensity and pace to his game.
