It's done now. Will be sad to see him go. Unfortunately, he never quite lived up to the potential he showed when he first arrived here, in the second half of the 2016/17 season. Still, he's a quality player who will add some real value to Arsenal's squad.

Indeed,although some odd balls have chosen to eradicate incredible moments like that from their memory.

Without Gabby,we'd have been a lesser team.Far from irreplaceable but his presence,attitude,and influence will be missed.

I often think Gabby and Zinchenko represent the essence of our squad. I will be gutted when either of them leave. That was a fantastic moment and another was his shielding of the ball in the last few minutes against AV.

is that a wind up? the fee seems incredible to me. final year of his contract. getting on for double what we paid for him. i wouldn't quite go so far as to say that we've pulled arsenals pants now and rogered them silly but we've at least slapped their cockney arses. imo of course.

fully agree. quite sad to see him go but at least, in Alvarez, we may have replaced his work ethic if the south american press are to be believed.
