Lovely interview, seems like a really nice lad. Has picked up English quite well, I like his Mancunian u’s. One thing that strikes me on these interviews, what does Chris Bailey do, apart from one interview a year?

Nothing, he retired last year, no?

Can't begrudge him going to get the game time. Just a shame it's to another English team. Seeing him playing regularly in another clubs colours is gonna be sad. Will be a really good signing for Arsenal I think. Never gives less than 100% and has a great attitude.

Never gave us a problem on or off the pitch so I wish him well ('cept when he plays against us of course).

Good player but never a winger and I'm not sure what all that nonsense to the contrary was about at the start of last season. Be really interesting to see if he can make the step up now and be the main man up front and not play second fiddle.

Anyway, on to the more 'impartial' assessment: 11 games against that lot but not a single goal nor a single assist! No beer in the fridge for him...

All the best to him, he’s a good lad, always gave it 100%, and Arsenal are getting a quality player. I think a lot of their fans will be quite surprised how good he is, and how hard he works.
He will improve them.
I don’t think he’s reached his full potential yet, and think he will improve more over the next few years.

Just watched his exit video, what a hunble and generous fella.

Happy that he's got the opportunity to nail down the main striker role at Arsenal with a Manager that he knows.

Sad to see him go but he's earned the opportunity to try and be more than a back up player.

Whilst it‘s lovely to see him say thanks, I can’t help think that those videos are more for when players are retiring.

Seems unnecessary seeing as though he’s chosen to leave.
