Would've loved to keep him at City - he's been a fantastic signing for us. But fully understand his desire to go and play week in week out as the main man at a club.

Hard to argue with the fee for a player with 1 year left either. Overall a transfer that makes sense on both ends.

its feels strange to see one off our players move on when he is starting to reach his peak years, we have been spoiled the last decade + to have them staying into their 30ies. And if rumours are to be believed we might actually lose 2 players if Sterling goes too.
Loved watching Gabby and the hard work and defending from the yop. He most certainly was a very valueable member of our squad. He contributed with great goals, assists and dedication.
