For the last fucking time,we signed him in august,he can't be registered with 2 clubs at once so we had to wait till jan 1st to register him,we are done and it's the FA waiting for the hand over of the registration from Palmeries.It doesn't matter how many times you stamp your feet and slag the club off

FYI, I had hoped that perhaps we could register him after Jan 31 if the worst came to the worst. Not being sure, I've read up on the rules and it seems that is not the case. The transfer window is an opportunity to apply for (amongst other things) "the registration of a player transferred to it".

Outside of the window, the Board can refuse an application for a registration, or grant it - possibly subject to conditions. Since this is City we are dealing with, that means refuse it.

Sorry if this was obvious, but to me it was not. I had imagined that since we had signed him already, the registration could perhaps be done any time (as is the case with players out of contract).

the club are keeping a media blanked out not even a single photo been to press some story about training and little bits of around manchester but its closed doors. now i think its daft by the club that we are into the 17th of jan and we still not got a clue we signed him last summer and loan him back to the parent club and now something is holding up a player that at the end of the season may be the different from top 4 or europa league

hold up for (paper work) in todays world i am not buying it the truth maybe other things like money or 3rd party but for paper work that should have been done last summer would he have made a difference in the 3 or 4 games he could have played all ready YES but we are losing time on him settling down and some very big games coming up so the club need a right kick in the backside over this
