No, no he doesn't. This is an idiotic and nonsensical post and I say that with no slight at all directed towards Rashford who is fantastic. Gabriel Jesus is (was) one of the most wanted youngsters in the world. This is a massive signing -- he looks like Aguero's long-term replacement to me.

I recommend some of you who are totally clueless about players outside the Premier League play some Football Manager. It'll do you good.

I recommend, you get a sense of humour.

Welcome aboard mate (your command of the English language is impressive by the way !)

We will indeed take great care of the lad and I think he is the type of player City fans will fall in love with very quickly ....

One of the most impressive things in looking at his highlights for me, is the strength and body control he shows to hold off defenders and protect the ball, very impressive for such a young kid, he can certainly take care of himself in this regard !

Thank you. Ive lived for a couple of years in NY, so I've learned a few tricks of the english language. Regarding Gabriel, you are right on spot mate. It is very hard for much older and experienced defender to take the ball from him (not only mentioning brazilian defenders but also from what he has shown in this libertadores against argentinians and uruguayans teams - you know that against brazil, every part of the leg is a target for them and he was able to play well and score here and abroad against them). Of course there will be an adaptation period for him in the premier league, but from what I ve seen during this last two years, he is a fast learner. I hope guardiola is able to make him reach his true and full potential. And I also hope he helps us get the title down here we are struggling for since 1994 before going to Manchester! :)

Along with Pep, this is the biggest signing in City's history, and I don't say that lightly.
He's the real deal and by signing for City it shows we aren't only competing with the big boys, we are the big boys.
Onwards and upwards, ain't no stopping us now la la la

Didn't know they spoke it.

22 years is nothing :) I can think of some lads who'd make you a banner about it though.

Must admit that I'm not that excited by it as I know fuck all about him. I know other teams were allegedly after him, but it's not as if we've signed someone like Ibrahimovic who is a proven world class striker. People need to calm down, even Rashford has a better record than this lad, and he cost fuck all.......
Did anyone bite?

Fingers crossed you win the title mate. Would be a great way to finish for Jesus. Have seen the odd game of your league on BT Sport, will have to have a look to see when your team is on.

BBC1 Northern News sports presented live by a breathless wanker outside the Swamp. After gushing for about five minutes about The Fat One, The Egotistical One and the Big Nosed One he eventually mentioned that City had signed YET (heavily emphasised) new player and then just gave his name and estimated see.

BBC might think a friendly for a fat has been is more important than Jesus but time will tell I am sure.

The Everton fans interviewed came across as harmless fools, a bit of a novelty from the malicious fools we came across last season.

We have covered ourselves. If 2 of sane, roberts, sterling, moreno or jesus make it then we are ok.
We have but you can't have all of those players and keep everyone happy. My worry is that players like Nacho and Denayer get their noses pushed out by players who are no better but cost 35-50m. Hopefully that doesn't happen though.

For all the shit Robinho gets he never bad mouths us wheras twats like Martin Petrov and Benjani had a good slagging at us when they left.

Agreed, considering things didn't really work out with Robinho when he left it wouldn't be a surprise to see him criticise us. Instead he's been complimentary. Nice to see.

The Brazil league is a lot more physical than you think, at least for him. He is constantly chopped down and yet he keeps going back for more and he shows great tenacity battling for the ball. His ability to hold off defenders is quite good given his pretty slim frame currently.

Really looking forward to seeing him in blue. If he continues to improve we already have Aguero's eventual replacement imo.
